Human Powered Racing is committed to bringing out the best in you, the Athlete. The comprehensive training plan designed for the HPR Athlete will Prepare you for a successful season whether you are new to the sport or a seasoned veteran.

  1. Fluid trainers/rollers will be provided (limited numbers)
  2. TT on computrainer every six weeks to track bike improvements
  3. Personalized strength training plan/chart
  4. Sport specific training equipment at team gym
  5. Swim facility and open water swims
  6. Video analysis of running form
  7. Teammates to Swim/Bike/Run
  8. 10 months of training plans
