Best Race Performance:First Triathlon – Wendy’s Sprint 2006.

I went from having never raced competitively as an adult to a successful completion of my first Triathlon in 2006. After that I was hooked! I used to think 5 miles was a long distance, now I consider it a short run!

Interesting Facts:I was forced by my mother to take swimming lessons and join a swim team as a child in Atlanta. I cannot thank her enough for making me work at a sport that would eventually become a big part of my life.
