Interesting Facts: I got into Multi-sport on a double dog dare by my brother. Used a video tape on swimming to teach my self how to swim in four months and did my first tri at the Panama City Half Ironman in 2002. I wore two pair of shorts on the bike (bad idea!) and ate two bagel sandwiches for nutrition on the bike (yet another bad idea).
